Ingredients:
- 50g cricket flour
- 200g rolled oats
- 50g chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 30g sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: dried fruit, dark chocolate chunks

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, cricket flour, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil and mix in honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the wet mix over the dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.
- Spread evenly on the tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool completely to get crunchy clusters.
